About the job

What you’ll do:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers
- Answer phones in a timely and consistent manner
- Address customer needs and concerns with respect and empathy
- Transfer calls when necessary
- Manage email inboxes and online chat support
- Create jobs, estimates, and quotes for customers
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of product information and pricing
- Communicate with our Dispatch team and Locksmith technicians
- Provide the highest quality of customer service to our customers

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

  • Customer Service: 2 years (Required)

  • US work authorization (Required)

  • Spanish (Preferred)
